What is my shopping link?

You can find your shopping link after signing in. On the right-hand side of the summary page there’s a box that has your shopping link.

It’s formatted like counter.com/?aff=; make sure you use it entirely. The/?aff is what connects you.

how do i share my shopping link?

To sign into your account on Counter.com, click the person icon top right. Once you are logged in, you should automatically be at your landing page. From there, go to the “brand partner dashboard” tab. (If you were not automatically directed here, click that same person icon and you’ll see “brand partner dashboard.”) If you were previously with Beautycounter, know that this dashboard = your Behind the Counter. There you’ll see referral links to copy, both for shopping and inviting people to join the business. Copy, paste, and plug wherever! We cannot place orders for customers anymore, so sharing your link is the way to go.

Also, if you are still close with former teammates - shop through each other :) Nice way to boost each other’s paychecks.

why would i invite someone to join the business?

For each referral, brand partners receive $100 when that advocate sells $250 (regardless of how long that takes - no time limit). We recommend reserving this for people who express interest in what you’re doing. Otherwise, let your customers be your customers.

where are assets?

In your brand partner dashboard (see first FAQ) under the “assets” tab.

what do i do if an order is not attributed to me?

If a customer forgets to use your link, they can reach out to customer support within 7 business days via the contact form on the website.

Note that once a customer shops using your link, they are now tethered to you through December 31st, 2026.

Customers can still choose to shop via multiple links (to support multiple friends) if they wish.

what’s the deal with the new membership program?

Our loyalty program is free to join and is open to all, including brand advocates. By opting in, you receive $15 for every $200 spent, and it is cumulative meaning whenever you hit $200 (even if it takes you three orders), the $15 will show up in your account under wallet. Credit expires within one year. You also get a birthday gift, which recently has been a 10% off code.

how do i submit a ticket?

On Counter.com, scroll to the bottom and click “contact us.” There you’ll see phone numbers, live chat, and an email form. There is no formal “ticket station” like there used to be.

how do i create a shareable cart?

Login to your account on the website, and go to brand advocate dashboard. Click the “shared cart” tab and then “create new cart.” Add products you’d like to recommend, and then under your cart summary you’ll see a button that says “share cart.” Click that and send it to whoever you’d like.
